Stippling brushes are mostly used to apply liquid and cream foundations. They feature dense, synthetic fibers for a higher coverage level, to lay product on top of the skin for an even, full-coverage finish. Stippling brushes can also be used to apply other cream and liquid products as well, such as blush, bronzer and highlighter.
